Elephants are the most fascinating and wonderful animals on Earth. How about adding more beauty for the nature's gift. yes! here is a sketch of an Elephant with traditional Indian designs on it to make it look more Traditional.

Some of the Technics to draw an Animals:
The animals sketches are similar to strokes used for drawing a human. But remember you must be more careful while drawing an animal because the strokes are more intense and deep than Human.
  • Know the Characteristics of the animal before you draw .
  • Visualize what exactly you want the animal to look like.
  • Never forget about the posture of the animal and visualize the entire picture in your mind , then think of keeping the pencil on your Sheet.

Lets talk about the Designs on the elephant.

The Designs are totally imaginative but few were inspired from the traditional arts and temples. The major challenge in drawing the picture is "PATIENTS". Remember, if you want a good picture to be made , have lot of patients to finish it full fledged.
The shades helps the picture look dynamic and gives depth to it. By using this as an example one can draw any kind of animals , trees and why not Humans too.

Inspired from Random Drawings.

Of course , you will have the help of the Duplicate Illustration or the Photo itself. later make it dark either with the 8B  Pencil for the Darker shades or a Thick Gel black Pen.
